New crankshaft sprocket fitted. Engine set to TDC for the cambelt to be fitted.
With number 1 piston at TDC the camshaft drive belt is engaged with the crankshaft sprocket and auxiliary shaft sprocket and passed back around the tensioner jockey wheel and then slide onto the camshaft sprocket. Allow the tensioner settle by rotating the crankshaft twice and then tighten the tensioner plate securing bolt.
Thermostat fitted into the housing and then bolted to the head.
