Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield

Have made up a heat shield for the exhaust manifold from a 3mm thick alloy plate.
The first job was to make up a template from cardboard and then transfer it on to the alloy plate to be cut out.
To cut the shape out of the plate I used a Plasma Cutter, this give a clean cut with only a bit of filing to do to finish off the edges.

I will need to trim a bit more off around the back of the alternator as it is touching, this is something I will do when it is the final fitting.
Support bracket from the engine block to the heat shield.
